Mobile Phone Requirements

Your mobile phone should be a smartphone capable of connecting to a computer via a USB/data cable.

Where possible, please supply the data cable and power supply/charger with the phone.

The phone must be in working condition, able to switch on and capable of holding sufficient charge for us to access and transfer the data.

Please be aware that it may not be possible to retrieve data from very old, obsolete or unsupported mobile phones, particularly where compatible cables, drivers or software are no longer available. However, we will always give it a try where reasonably possible and advise you if we are unable to access the data.
