While document scanning is not one of our core bulk-production services, we are happy to undertake document scanning as part of a larger archiving or digitisation project. This is particularly useful when documents need to be preserved alongside photographs, slides, negatives, videos, audio recordings or other historical materials.

For bulk document scanning, we generally group multiple related documents into convenient, multipage PDF files rather than creating a separate PDF for every individual document. For example, batches of bank statements, emails, letters or similar paperwork may be combined into one multipage PDF. Individual documents may be saved as separate PDFs where appropriate.
