Drop off/collection Opening times:
Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Friday 9:00am to 12noon
Need an evening visit? We understand that sometimes due to work commitments daytime visits are difficult so we can sometimes offer an evening via special appointment, usually Thursday early evening.
We are not open Weekends or Bank Holidays

Please do not turn up at our studio without an appointment as we will not be able to assist you
We do not offer a scan while you wait service.
Images should be pre-sorted and packaged with clear instructions and contact details included. If your package does not have contact details, we cannot log it onto our system and cannot carry out any scanning.

Visitor Parking
Please only park on the left hand side of the car park closest to the Oast House. Please do not park opposite in no.6’s parking bays.
As this is a shared car park we cannot always guarantee that there will be space available as other businesses also use the car park, however there is usually somewhere to park to simply drop a package off with us.
Alternatively there are usually spaces on West Street or in one of the towns public car parks.
Collections: We do not have card processing facilities, please make any payments due prior to your visit or of course cash on collection.
