As we are a family-run business, our working patterns change slightly during the school holidays. This mainly affects customers wishing to visit us in person. Postal deliveries and customer orders can still be sent to us as normal throughout this period. Please see details on how to send parcels to us here

Scanning will obviously have slight delays during our holiday period.

During the following dates, we will not be available for personal visits.

Our Christmas Holiday dates are below 

 

Closed from Christmas Eve 12noon – Monday 4th January 2027

Recommended last date for Christmas completion is currently for us to receive your project by Friday 20th NOVEMBER 2026 

This is a recommendation we never guarantee a fixed completion date

 

Telephone support will also be closed during this time, please email if possible

 

Please note that Royal Mail will hold all our parcels safely sent “signed for” until our return in the new year – As per our website we advise not sending parcels ‘signed for’ details here
