In the unlike event there is an issue with any of our scanning work you must contact us via email only to request returns authorisation.
Please make sure that before requesting a return that you have checked through every option of our help page
Only return the film which you feel has an issue and not the entire batch.
No package can be returned with out prearranged approval.
Any issue must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt, any items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt.
We can not carry out free rescans after 28 days of receipt unless prior arrangements have been agreed.
Any rescans are at our discretion.
