How To Get Your Films To Us
Use a Courier Service
If you wish to send your parcel via a courier service we recommend using Parcel2Go as they have a wide range of quality services.
Send Via Royal Mail Postal Service
We highly recommend using Royal Mail to send your package to us, they deliver to us every weekday and have never let us down.
Drop off in Person
If you prefer you can drop your films off at our studio by pre-arrange appointment.
How we return goods and digital files

Download Option
You can now have your images downloaded straight to your computer over the internet.
It is very simple all you need to do is select the download option from the shipping section of our online shopping basket and your images will be available through a simple email link* on the day they are scanned. These links are secure and can ONLY be accessed by you.
This option is FREE, we don’t charge any extra for our download service, this also saves on any return shipping charges. Your originals will be kept in storage for one calendar month after the download email has been issue then disposed of.

Return shipping details
All parcels are sent at your own risk we use reputable courier companies and Royal Mail post to return your parcel. We can not be held responsible for any parcels lost or damaged, we can offer an insured option if you prefer or we can simply allow you to arrange your own courier collection we are totally flexible.
We do not visit our courier everyday. When you receive details of a shipment it is not necessarily the day it has left us.
Our success rate for originals being returned over the last 14+ years is over 99.9%
Our success rate for digital files being received by the customer is 100%
If however you have your own preferred courier for the return service we are more than happy for you to arrange this, we will let you know when your order is ready for collection and you will need to supply us with documentation.
If a parcel is lost or damaged on its return journey from us then we will replace the digital media according to our terms and conditions.
