In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with any of our scanning work, please contact us by email only to request return authorisation.
Before requesting a return, we kindly ask that you review all relevant information on our [Help Page] to ensure your query isn’t already covered there.
When returning items, please only send the specific film(s) you believe have an issue — not the entire batch.
Please note: No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
All issues must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and any approved returns must be received by us within 28 days of delivery.
Free rescans cannot be carried out after 28 days unless prior arrangements have been made.
All rescans and returns are carried out at our discretion.
